• Are our products fresh?

We made them by order. Our cookies are baked on the delivery day.

• When can I expect delivery?

We post by 1st class standard. It usually takes 1-2 days to arrive. We post your order on Monday to Thursday. You should expect delivery on Tuesday onwards

• Can I order from outside the UK?

You can now order online only for (UK) Nationwide delivery. Unfortunately, we do not take orders from outside the UK.

• How long can I keep the cookies?

Normally 2 weeks

• Can I keep them longer?

Yes you can keep them longer in the refrigerator but we recommend to consume them within a month.

• What ingredients does Sai’s kitchen use?

We use all ingredients including the packaging from companies based in the UK. We aim to support UK businesses.
