Hi, My name is Sai Davis, I am the owner and founder of Sai’s Kitchen. The inspiration for my business started because every month my friends come to visit me from Thailand where the country grows the most delicious pineapples. They know that I love Pineapple cookies and always brought me some.
However, during the Pandemic, none came, I was wondering when I might get them again. I did some research to find a good recipe and baked them day and night until I perfected them. I started selling the pineapple cookies to the Thai communities and it was successful. They said the cookies were delicious. This inspired me to expand the range of products.
I had the idea of making bite-size cookies and brownies which are easy to nibble. I found a recipe for cookies that looked like ice cream scoops and started making them. My ice cream cookies must have the aroma, taste, appearance that express what flavour they are when you take that first bite. My favourite flavour is lavender. They smell like lavender, have the colour of lavender and taste like lavender. Of course, they are lavender bite-size cookies!.
